I applied online and got called to attend an behavioral interview. they gave me guestions and i was asked to record the videos and submit. It was easy. Every question had a time limit of atleast 1 minute of recording video.

Moved quickly, actually interviewed for one job that referred me to another within Paradigm. Seems like a great team, fair interview process, and very approachable. Take-home assessment wasn't related to the position, and screened out there from some advanced fizzbuzz-style stuff that isn't related.
Would have loved the job, oh well.
