Very professional and thorough. I had an initial call with the HR Director who was great. She provided a truthful overview of the company and where they are headed from a business-goal perspective. Then I had a conversation with the direct manager for the position. Very friendly and easy to talk with. The in-person interview included many members of the team, which I thought was great. Showed they care about other people's input and company culture. The in-person interview was 90 minutes and very comprehensive. I can appreciate that as they need to hire people they can trust to support their client properly and who are trustworthy.
