J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Papyrus en sept. 2011
Entretien
I thought the interview was very professional. The back room is very small so the manager asked if it would be ok if we walked over to Starbucks to conduct the interview. It was not a very long interview, yet everything was discussed. She talked about the daily tasks, got information about my previous knowledge similar to the job, and went over the rate of pay. I left with all my questions answered without needing to ask all of them myself.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How have you handled an angry customer in the past? What was? Was the customer satisfied with the end results?

It was like a "friend" interview without any real questions. She asked questions about what I liked to do for fun, tell me about yourself, etc. Then she talked about herself a lot. It was awkward.

Question 1
The questions were personal and not really professional.

You will get the job if you know someone inside. They rarely hire outside of 'the circle'. I knew a manager and got the job immediately, no interview. Just filled out the application.
