Long interview process, lots of time needed to be able to finish the case study , not clear what level of detail is expected. Good feedback at the end to improve my interview skills and product skills which helped me in other interview later.

Apply if you are ready to be informed that the post had been canceled just the day after you accepted the offer! No excuse, just a cold "unfortunately, due to an organizational reconstruction..." This seems especially tricky when HR told you during the first interview that the number of employees doubled in the past year and that to what extent the company was growing... Please stop wasting candidates' time if the company is not even ready to hire !!!
