It was simple easy and lasted 15 minutes, after that I got the job. Dont take it unless you don't have any respect for yourself , papa johns isn't real and never was real
It was a short interview, I went in applying for one thing and was given a higher position. The interview didn’t cause any nerves due to the shortness of it.

Was called for an interview later in the week went for the first interview with the GM then came back a few days later for an interview with the district manager.

Pretty simple. Manager asked a few questions. You need previous experience at Papa's before being able to be a shift manager. There is a process where you are reviewed by a team of district managers. They evaluate you pizza skills and knowledge of the business.
