Easy, the manager was friendly. It didn't take long, just 20 minutes. Very basic questions I prepared before hand. I gave a firm handshake and presented myself as confident. The key is to show confidence and accountability.

Entretien
Very quick, informal and relaxed. Involved going over the job requirements and clarifying any queries I had with the general manager. I then had a tour around the building and met some of my colleagues.

It went well, they were very polite and asked about my experience in customer service and we talked about availability then was told to start my training. Amazing! I just came to check something out
