Interviewed with the COO. He was very condescending and mansplained half the time. Also, not a very diverse team- says a lot about their culture. Asked about the salary offered for the role and he refused to answer the question, saying it is "competitive". Steer clear.

Communication was inconsistent, with long delays and last-minute rescheduling. Interviewers were often late, making it seem like the team was overworked and didn’t value candidates’ time. The CEO was unaware of the role I applied for, asked what I knew about it, and then described expectations that didn’t align with previous discussions. After the final interview, I was completely ghosted—no rejection, offer, or follow-up.
