Personally, for me that was a match from the first interview. I liked the team and so did they. The technical part for me was quite easy. Happens a few times in a lifetime:)

      Entretien

I wish I hadn’t ignored the negative reviews on Glassdoor, because they turned out to be spot on. My experience with this company’s interview process was by far one of the worst I’ve had. After applying, I received an interview request quickly. However, they used a scheduling tool that was confusing to navigate. I selected my time slots and emailed the recruiter about not having a lot to choose from but received no response. Just an automatic confirmation of the interview. I had four interviews in total, and each time I had to chase the recruiter for any kind of preparation or overview. I was told that every interview would be focused on "Cultural Fit," but that didn’t match up with reality. The initial interview with the recruiter was very basic, just a few questions about my background and experience. It lasted about 15 minutes, after which she said I’d move on to the next stage. When I asked questions, I got vague responses and was told that the hiring manager would provide more details. The interview with the hiring manager was the only positive part of the process, well structured, clear, and concise. We both enjoyed the conversation and had common interests and approach to running the team. But the interviews with key stakeholders (again labeled as "Cultural Fit") were a mess. There was no structure or clear purpose, and it felt like they were just included in the process to appease them. Before my final interview with the VP, I reached out to the recruiter again for details, only to receive an out-of-office email with a contact for someone else. I messaged that person but didn’t hear back until the following day, when I got a random excuse for the delay. The interview with the VP was the worst part. He was robotic, biased, and seemed to have his own agenda for the role, which didn’t align with the job description. He dismissed any alternative ideas I presented and asked questions that were far outside the scope of the role. When I asked my own questions, his answers were vague and often unrelated, possibly due to a language barrier. It left a poor impression of the company’s senior leadership. I received no feedback after my interviews, only generic email that the position has been filled.
