      My interview experience at Panda was the most interviews I've done in a the least amount of time. I have read reviews on Panda's process that the normal interview process at Corporate is about 5 to 6 months long to hire a new headcount. I managed to attend 5 rounds in a shorter period of time before I withdrew my application prior to meeting the co-CEO/Founder. I did enjoy working with the Recruiter and getting to know the hiring team. In my opinion, the recruiting process was unnecessarily excessive. There were coaching calls to prep for potential questions asked by the Founder. While I understand the importance of making a strong impression on the Founder, candidates should be accepted for who they are, without any coaching. The coach emphasized it is important to show the "real" you, yet the "real" me in front of the Founder would contradict that because it would be the coached version. Another thing I learned about Panda is a self-development seminar called Landmark, which is mandatory for new hires and "strongly suggested" for existing employees throughout their tenure. Many online testimonials about Landmark are negative, raising red flags as they supposedly pry into the employee's vulnerabilities and personal life. Any work self-development course doesn't need to get that deep. Although I didn't sense cult-like vibes in the interview process, these online testimonials suggested otherwise, which led me to withdraw my application as I didn't see how they align with what I am looking for.
