This was a brief conversation mostly about seeker's expectations about the job. There were several interviewees in the actual restaurant space and the employees led all the interviews. The staff was nice and friendly.

Entretien
I had 2 interviews. One with an assistant manager and one with the store manager. They had a series of questions to ask from a list and then asked me about my experiences listed on my resume.

The store manager said I was overqualified for the position and asked me why I wanted to work at Panda.

Entretien
The interview process was welcoming and straightforward overall. I appreciated the questions asked and also the information/run down of the position. There were not really and downsides or negatives during the interview process.
