Very easy going interview. The manager was very interested in what I had to say, and was very down to earth with me. They didn't have a job opening at the location I applied for, but they made a position available to me at one of their other locations.

Honestly, just apply online with a really good resume. They want someone with really good work ethnics and good communication skills

During the interview make sure you did as much research on Panda Express as you can. They're going to ask you about the food, why you chose to work here, if you have a complicated customer how do you deal with them
