The interview process took place on zoom. It was pretty simple and it only took about 25 minutes. Only took one interview to get the job and I started within two weeks.

I applied online and was called for an interview a week later. The interview process was swift and comfortable. The GM at my store, Ilaisa, was very warm and welcoming and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire interview. I was hired shortly after.

The interview process was what you would expect from a basic interview, just the typical interview questions of why you want to work there, why you would be a good fit for the job, what days are you available, etc. My location seemed quick to hire considering I got the job pretty much the same day. Just be prepared to answer their questions and you're pretty much set for the most part.
The interview process is a series of brief questions regarding your work history. Then, you are asked if you can perform basic job duties and requirements and other orders asked of you.
