During the first interview basic questions were asked about passed jobs. After my first interview another women above the general manager set up an interview with me. She was also nice asked more detailed questions after that, they sent out a background check and was working within two weeks.

It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.

It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
