Three rounds -- two with senior recruiters, one with the CEO. Recruiters tried to hide it, but there was some obvious jealousy surrounding colleagues getting promotions quicker. Very competitive atmosphere that couldn't be hidden even in an interview. CEO was quite hostile for no apparent reason; his questioning style was more akin to a police interrogation than a typical job interview. This was a junior (no experience) position, so that seemed a bit overkill.
