I got a call from a current employee asking me to come work for this amazing company and I was ready to make a move having reached the top end of my possibilities at my previous employer. I was sent a plane ticket and flew to Chicago and got picked up by the current owner. He brought me to the company for a tour and interview & meet and great with the employees on site (it was a Saturday). Sunday I met with the past owners (owners at the time) and sealed the deal over dinner.
