They want to see that you have previous aerospace experience, and then for the main part have you demonstrate that you can read extremely complicated blueprints and show the positions of the unit in meny peices and read extremely complicated diagrams showing them what symbols represent such as sensors like photolic, diods, half and full bridge rectifiers.
