Because I had no prior experience with their specific testing methods, it was only a behavioral interview. I met up with the recruiter at the front desk and he took me to the hiring manager. The manager described the company then asked me some questions. Then he showed me around the facility and the work rooms where his test engineers would work and explained more about what they do. Afterwards, we went back to his office and wrapped up the interview with some questions of my own.
The interview went smoothly, with the job details clearly explained during our conversation. We covered all the specific topics related to the position. However, the discussion about salary did not go as well as I had hoped.

Only one interview with manager. Set expectation on the job requirements and being the only manufacturer of charge couple device in Singapore. Also emphasize on kaizen as it is a Japanese company.

Process was good and as usual. 4 people in the panel with lots of attitude. I have never had such an experience before worst interview i would say. I may not have qualified but there is a way to tell that too.... definitely not the way they spoke.
