I was contacted about the position and asked my level of interest. I then conducted a email exchange, phone interview and 2 in-person interviews, one of which was a group interview. It was a longer process but well worth it. They will not offer you a position until you successfully pass the background investigation.

A "Show Interview"; the folks are so insecure of anyone whose resume and skills exceed theirs, they always look to hire a lesser individual. It was a waste of time.
