3 rounds first round with recruiter, Asking about your background and check, second round with HR to be sure you fit to this position, last round with 3 persons. this process takes 3 weeks to complete. It took 2 hours. There was several behavior questions and technical questions.

Phone interview was basic questions involving Linux and networking experience followed by customer service and prioritization of work. In person was the same but with real cases and how I would work thru the issues.
