The interview process was very quick and responsive. It took about 3 days to get the Job, interviewed Wednesday got job offer on Friday which was the day they stated I would hear soemthing back so very efficient on their part. Interview was very relaxed rather than traditional competency based interview.

3 interviews and a task all in a very short space of time. All was fine and simple enough. Once offer was made they became pressurising, unfriendly and attempted to use salary to "bribe". Was made to feel that I was a piece of meat and not a human and my feelings / personal circumstance meant nothing. It was clear there was a real urgency to fill this role, but a lack of sense that a recruitment process is a 2 way street and the candidate has to feel warmly welcomed / wanted for them to accept the offer was lost. When call was made to make the offer and I asked for some time to think on it - a very very standard request, I was basically flat out told no an answer was needed then and there. Overall a fine experience brought down by the last few communications that has left a really bad taste in my mouth and not an experience I ever want to repeat.
