The interview process was fine. The team was aligned and there were no real issues or concerns. The process took a while from first finding out about the job until offer, but otherwise was positive.

I applied for two positions based on my experience. After applying I received an email from the Recruiter saying that they will consider me for only one position since one would offer potential professional growth. During the interview the recruiter was aggressive in discussing the salary; it seems to me like wanted me to feel discourage and put the pressure to accept a lower pay. I moved forward through the interview process (it took 6 weeks) and my last interview with the top management leader was very disappointed; he was focused on the titles of my roles instead of my achievements. His questions were without structure and not friendly at all. He couldn't answer properly my questions at the end.
