I interviewed with an HR representative for 30 minutes. The person was very nice, but barely asked me any questions about my work, my current responsibilities, or my interest in this position – as well as didn't have answers to why so many positions are currently open or exactly what other positions are in this department. I had to fit in my experience between their chatting about a TV show related to my current job.
