J'ai passé un entretien chez Paladin (Houston, TX)
Entretien
The interview process is pretty sorted and simple.
First there's an introductory round about your bg and skills. Then, there's a technical round. Post which, there's a live coding test (CPP). And as the final step, there's an On-site interview.

Entretien
The initial call was a brief 15-minute discussion about the company and self-introduction. A week later, I had a technical round where I completed the pseudocode and coding tasks in under 30 minutes, including execution. However, the interviewer seemed disengaged and had only 40 minutes to wrap up the session, without asking any meaningful technical questions. The process felt more like a formality rather than a genuine evaluation. I was initially excited about the company’s mission and the problem they aimed to solve, but the interview experience left me uncertain about their hiring approach.
