Submitted an application on their website with an updated resume. I made sure that my resume included dates, name of employer, and a few bullet points of my responsibilities while working at my various jobs. After submitting an application, I was prompted to complete an AI interview, then asked to complete a written assessment. Once I completed both of these steps I was invited to a phone interview with the hiring manager.
