Screening call with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel where you answer questions from members of your team and other departments as well. The panel was by far the toughest and took 2 hours, with a short 5-10 minute break in between.

The interview involved HR and the hiring manager together, which I appreciated because it gave a full picture of the role. There were some technical issues at the start that caused delays, but the conversation itself was organized. HR covered general questions, and the hiring manager asked more tactical sales questions about deal cycles, stakeholder management, and motivation. I didn’t receive detailed feedback after the rejection, which was disappointing given the time invested, but overall the interview was respectful and informative.
