The HR representative seemed to be a bit of a scatter brain. Wasn't answering emails, lost things I had sent. She was nice, though. When I was interviewed by the department it went much better. There seemed to be a disconnect from the hiring manager and the department. Miscommunication probably.

I applied on LinkedIn and was contacted pretty quickly. Then the HR person was a complete space cadet and forgot to follow up. There was clearly miscommunication between the interviewer and the HR department. Once I got past dealing with the incompetencies of HR, the entire rest of the process was smooth and enjoyable. It was completely over the phone.
