I was interviewing for Pace's Lab Ops team. This department functions like a contracting company, hiring analysts to staff labs for other companies in the area. They do this because it is cheaper for these other companies to staff through Pace than to staff them themselves. It could be a good opportunity to get a foot in at a good company though, like 3M or Medtronic. The actual interview was pretty relaxed. I was asked about my interests and where I wanted to take my career, which was nice to feel like they had an interest in finding a good fit for me.
