Applied online and next day offered a 30 minute HR phone screen to learn about the role and what you know about the company. There were some behavioral questions like why did you choose your major and what management style you like. This was followed by on-site interview. Basic introduction to role, questions about background, and tour of the lab.

Two rounds of virtual interviews following phone screen. Rd 1 was the hiring managers asking technical questions related to your experience. Rd 2 was the candidate presentation of their prior experience before a series of short interviews where anything can be asked.
