I applied for an open position and about 3 weeks after I applied I was contacted for a phone interview. I was hooked after the first call. The culture I gathered from the interviewer and the company vision was contagious. After that, I had another phone interview about a week later and then I was brought into the office to meet with multiple people. After that stage I was asked to go to NY for HQ interviews, where I spent the day meeting my potential team and other managers outside of my department. It was an amazing experience. I appreciated the hospitality and it was great to meet so many talented people from the organization. Shortly after, I completed an assessment and background check, and I was offered the position. The whole experience was superb.
