There were three phases. One 30 min phone interview with HR. Another 30 min interview with a VP. And one final round interview cycling through 4 VP's, 30 minutes each.

2 phone interviews followed by an in-person super day. Interviewed by members across different departments, most people are really fake and don't really know how to extract relevant skills from interviewees. The VP of the office couldn't even answer the question to what makes pure's product different from competing insurance companies and gave a very vague answer basically didn't even answer the question. You don't have to be that smart or have any major skills to work here. They drag out the interview process for 3 months. Everything about Pure is just mediocre- especially their people. Barely any diversity.
