Submitted the resume for application during their school recruitment and got contacted around 3 weeks later for an interview. The interview schedule planning was poor. I had to wait for more than 1.5 hour past the (already postponed) scheduled timing. The interview itself was short and brief, with the interviewers clearly showing a lack of interest to the process.
