After application, I received an invitation to a Virtual Online Interview. This interview was fairly easy if you had researched the company, and you are familiar with the STAR format. I believe it was 4 questions, some situational. some behavioral. If you are prepared, and familiar with virtual interviews it should not be an issue. If it is your first time with a virtual interview, simply follow the directions and you should be fine. If possible use a ring light and a tripod. I was then invited to a F2F in Charlotte. NC. I was flown- positive space- the morning of the interview and was taken by shuttle to the hotel where the interview was held. I would say that this interview was done very professionally, and went extremely smoothly. We were brought into a room where our height was measured- as you must be 5'2- 6ft for this airline. They checked our passports, and we were all seated in rows in the room. We were asked to introduce ourselves. I would say if they give you instructions- follow them. You may be asked to read a PA announcement. We then left the main room and we were plait into two groups- we then did panel interviews with our group. We were asked several questions. Be professional and answer in the STAR format, but I would recommend that you speak conversationally and not so formal that you sound like a business letter. I did not smile every second of the interview, as I believe they are looking for genuine personalities and not forced smiles- I did keep a pleasant and interested look on my face- and showed interest when others were speaking. After the panel interview, we were brought to another room for a presentation on the company and a Q and A session. We were then released back into the lobby again, where by this time you should know some other people there and are spending the time socializing. They then started to call people individually for one on one interviews. There were 40+ people at this interview and the first 30 called left and went to the shuttle. The remaining 10 candidates were taken from the one on one to another room where they were offered a CJO- and finger printing and drug tests. The interview is well run, and the recruiters are nice and they are not intimidating. It was really a nice experience. This regional airline seems to have its act together and they are looking for strong, competent, personable people to fill these positions.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Situational and Behavior questions were asked, they varied, but were very standard. They are not looking to trip you up.
