Applied February 21, completed video interview March 25, invited to F2F March 27, was flown out to Charlotte a few days later. Interview was group style and they’re really good at making you feel comfortable. After presentation they split the groups up where half go do 1 on 1 where they ask basic questions (is $18k a year going to work for you? do you have any tattoos?) and then you go afterwards it’s the panel interview. During the panel interview they ask about 2 situational questions. Make sure you know the STAR method! Received my CJO about 4 hours later!
