Filled out online application. Received an email about 1 week later to attend the interview session. The interview session consisted of the recruiters going over training information, pay, benefits, etc. Then we were given a partner to spend 15 minutes with and learn all you can about them. Everyone was brought back into room and then we had to go up and try and "sell" them to the recruiters as to why they would make a good FA. Once done, you had to walk down the aisle to grab a question from a bowl, walk back up to front, read the question and answer it. Once everyone was done, the recruiters met while we waited in lobby. After 20 - 30 minutes, they came back and named off who they wanted to stay. Those who stayed, had a customer service question on paper that you had to answer then go back and wait in lobby for one on one interview. This day's process took around 6 hours.

video on demand interview. they asked5 questions , they played a video of a man asking each question. you have 1 minute to prepare and 3 x to record your answer
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
