So I applied and then a week later got sent a email to a online assessment and a week after that, a video link to answer 3 question I dressed like I was going to an interview. So I passed that and got invited to a one on one. When you get there your in a room with 25-30 ppl they put on a videos to educate you on PSA Airlines. They then give you a break, and you come back .
And then you are prompt to get up in front of everyone and state your first and last name and fun fact about yourself and read a script of what they passed out to you.
After that they dismissed you for lunch, once your in the cafeteria you had to sit there until they call you one by one or a group. (I was so nervous ). It was time for me . One thing I’m going to mention , they did not ask me anything that was listed on Glassdoor or indeed. I studied these sites for all interview questions.and it was no help for the questions. Just go in there with a open mind.
And also be different, don’t wear that same black suit and white blouse , actually think about your outfit. I was the only person that looked different in the hiring class. And I got compliments from the hiring managers.

Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
