Applied for job as F A. Next day sent invitation to take assessment. This included communication with video questions and use of computer. Given date for in person interview. PSA paid for ticket to North Carolina and return to SFO. I paid for hotel room. Interview was in person for 5 hours.

video on demand interview. they asked5 questions , they played a video of a man asking each question. you have 1 minute to prepare and 3 x to record your answer
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
