Listen to brief on company, benefits, job requirements, and salary. Then give name and answer radom question. Mine was what is the most important job of a FA my answer was safety . That must have not been the answer that they were looking for as I did not move to the next phase of the interview.

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
