Got there, waited and socialized with other candidates. Went and sat in a room, got up and said a few words about ourselves and read something off of a paper. Then split into group interviews. After that we went in for one-one-one interviews. Then watched a presentation. Wasn't given the CJO until after leaving.

video on demand interview. they asked5 questions , they played a video of a man asking each question. you have 1 minute to prepare and 3 x to record your answer
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.
