First, you will do a virtual interview. It will be several behavioral and situational questions. Then, you will be flown to Charlotte for an in-person group interview (PSA pays for flights). You'll have the option to fly in the morning of the interview or the day before. You are responsible for your own hotel if you fly in the day before. Know the STAR interview method for both the virtual and in-person interviews. Find a way to relate everything to safety and/or service—preferably both. Stay off your phone and smile the entire time! It is a fun, but long day.

Application then video invite then video interview was done a few days later.Currently waiting for the next step. It only took me a few days to receive the video interview .
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
