I applied via a recruiter, who called me to screen for PQ. After that phone interview, I was invited to meet with the sales manager. The process was interesting- we sat down in the conference room and the first question was- "What questions do you have for me?" Do your homework and have good questions- the interview will be basically directed by you, so ask all you want to know. They value salespeople who know how to ask good questions! I also met with another salesperson, who gave me some great insight into the job and was unaware she would be talking to me, so I felt like the answers provided weren't canned or company lines. After this, the sales manager came back into the room to conclude. They invited me to take a personality test to see if I was a good culture fit- they take a lot of pride in their company vision and want to make sure that you're a good fit, above all else. The assessment was easy but extremely insightful, and I enjoyed reading about it. It was one of the best assessments I've taken and was nearly dead-on in regards to my sales aptitude.
