It was through a recruiting firm. The interviewing was prolonged for no reason 3 interviews because the last person was not available during the second round. I was concerned when when of the people that interviewed me told me that the company likes to do a lot of interviews. I thought my third interview went well and it seemed the last person did think I had the right qualities. The firm got back to me to ask my salary range again. Getting a feel for the role after the dragged out interview process, I thought the pay should be a little higher of course later i get the I did not get the role.
