Emailed my resume to a recruiter who was coming for on-campus recruiting, and got invited for an interview on campus. Three interviewers, two of them more technical than the other. For the interview, they first asked some general behavioral questions. Then I gave a research talk and we had technical discussions throughout the talk.

Smooth and professional. Colleagues were genuine about the technical problems and great discussion. Very well organized in terms of time - 1 hour presentation followed by 30 mins per person for the whole session.

They will go over the projects you have done and ask for details. The overall atmosphere was good and they are looking for candidates with a similar background. There are not many behavior questions.
on site interview followed by a on campus interview. On-campus interview included questions on my research work. On site interview included a presentation and separate sessions with employees. The questions were simple ans straight forward. The employees were really helpful
