Recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screening via Zoom. 14 mins before the call she contacted me and told me she would not make the call. She asked if she could send the prescreening questions which I agreed to. I never received the questions and 4 days later I received a rejection email. Very unprofessional.

A telephone interview was scheduled after an online application process. I interviewed with 4 participants for about 45 minutes each. Each interviewer had different questions and a different area of expertise to discuss. I appreciated that it was not repetitive. They use a behavioral based questions and answer should be in the STAR format
