I participated in a surface level phone interview and was told I would be brought in for either a second phone interview or an in person interview the following week. I received an automated email saying they went another direction two weeks later. I felt like I never actually got to talk about my qualifications or skills and the lack of any feedback or explanation was somewhat rude.
