After answering a few questions, I received an invitation to a phone interview. Thirty minute phone interview then received an email to proceed to a three hour panel interview with nine staff members. I didn't warn them that I was hispanic and a couple of them looked surprised when I arrived. One assumed I lived in an area that was predominantly hispanic and asked twice to clarify the area because it is known to be affluent.
