Initial communication with talent recruiter really keen, got me in for an interview straight away really polite and friendly. Interview process was ok explained the role and seemed interested in what I was saying. Everyone initially seemed very interested. Follow up email from talent recruiter, again very keen, asked for probation and salary expectations. After this I heard nothing, a week later I reached out to the talent recruiter again enquiring if they were going to progress the application any further, a few weeks after that I was ignored a further time on LinkedIn when I messaged the talent recruiter to ask for feedback, and almost a month later I've still heard nothing. Super unprofessional and extremely rude.
