The job posting was listed on Indeed.com and applications were submitted at that point. Within a few hours of submitting my resume and cover letter, I was contacted for an interview the day following. Upon accepting and arriving at POSIM, I was interviewed by two upper managers (one of them being a co-owner of POSIM). The interview was professional and and the questions were role-related, very typical of other marketing interviews.
