I was called first to do a phone interview and then asked to attend a Group Interview. At the group interview, we were split into a couple of groups, and each group moved around the call center performing different activities. These activities included listening to and accessing a call, watching a PP presentation, touring the call center, meeting different levels of management. Once this was completed, everyone returned to the combined training rooms and were taken for two individual interviews by different Supervisorial or Management staff. A member of HR then took us individually to complete an interview, offered employment and administered an Oral Drug Exam.
