The interview process was relatively simple. It took one day (about 2 hours) and I met with each person in the department that I would be working with. They first asked what aspects of my career that I was most interested in and then followed with some more general questions to gauge my motivation and determination as a candidate. When it comes to an intern, they simple want someone who can learn efficiently and be motivated each day.

I went through a multiple round interview process with a skills test. The first interview was a phone call with HR and then a few other interviews with managers. I remember the questions being relatively simple but still felt like a genuine experience.
