I submitted an application online. After roughly 2 weeks, I received a phone call for a 1st round phone interview with a regional HR rep. The phone interview was around 20 minutes in length, covering my work experience, educational experience, and perspective on the open position. After that interview, I was informed that I would wait to receive word on receiving a 1 on 1 interview with the branch manager. After about a week, I received that interview. The 1 on 1 interview was at the branch with the manager. It was mostly similar to the phone interview with a few additional personal aspects. After that interview, the branch manager and HR rep consulted, and I was offered the position about a week after that. The whole process from submitting the application to receiving the position was about a month.

Very easy. Recruiting works on weekends. First interview scheduled was for a group interview about 12 people. It lasted about two hours. Everyone answered the same questions.
They called the next day with first offer.

Easy questions asked and a lot tell me about yourself questions. My interviewing manager was a great guy and really help me develop my careers at PNC. I think i just got lucky to have such a great manager.
